As much as we are passionate about food, we don’t want to lose our identity as a great pub.

Alongside working with great food producers, we also love to work with fantastic drinks producers. From local craft beer, artisan gin & vodkas to the worlds best whiskies, amaros and other international spirits. We also stock cracking range of artisan soft drinks too.

There’s a great selection of cocktails & apéritifs for you to enjoy before dinner. Classic by nature, our list represents the traditional variations using quality ingredients. We have fantastic range of vermouths, white port & sherries which are perfect with a nibble in the bar.

We specialise in an interesting selection of gins, whiskies and amaros from around the world. Gins we have many local, but also from around the UK, Europe and Japan. Whisky too you can find from the area, and we try to cover all the Scottish regions with a good mix. Again lots from the rest of the world including the US, India, Taiwan & of course a special selection from Japan. Finally amaros, a favourite herbal liqueur, we have a selection of modern, old and some very special aged varieties.

The bar is perfect for a drink before dinner, a few pints with friends or just hot drink in front of the fire on a cold, soggy afternoon.
